We exist to raise awareness, amplify community voices, and back up our advocacy with real action.

5% of every purchase goes directly to the Endo Access Fund, which provides scholarships, grants, and stipends for Black and Brown women who cannot afford endometriosis surgery or related travel costs. The fund is currently being established — details on how to apply or nominate someone will be announced on our blog and social channels. Every purchase from day one contributes.

Endo Diatribes was founded by a member of the endo community who got tired of waiting for the medical system to catch up. The brand is community-powered — sayings come from real people, stories come from real people, and the mission is shaped by what this community actually needs.

Products are made on demand and take 3 to 7 business days to produce after your order is placed. US delivery after dispatch is typically 3 to 5 business days, making total delivery time around 7 to 14 business days. International orders take longer — see our Shipping page for full details.

Yes! All US orders over $65 ship free. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $65 and all international orders.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties applied by their country. Delivery times for international orders are typically 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email after 7 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Because every product is made specifically for you on demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will absolutely make it right — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange for sizing as products are made to order. Please use the size guide on each product listing before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Always. Your name or handle will appear on the product page and in any blog feature. We will never use your submission without crediting you and getting your sign-off first.
