Endo Diatribes was born from the frustration of being dismissed, gaslit, and told that years of debilitating pain were "just bad periods." We know that story because it's our story — and the story of 190 million people worldwide living with endometriosis.
We make bold, community-sourced merch that turns lived experience into wearable advocacy. Every saying on every product came from someone who lived it. Every purchase keeps the conversation going — and funds something bigger than a conversation.
This isn't about aesthetics. It's about accountability — to the community, to the cause, and to the people who've been waiting decades to be believed.

Endometriosis surgery — specifically excision surgery, which is the gold standard treatment — can cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. For Black and Brown women, who already face longer diagnostic delays and more dismissal from providers, that financial barrier is often the final wall. We're chipping away at it.
What the fund supports:
- Scholarships and grants for Black and Brown women who cannot afford excision surgery or diagnostic laparoscopy in their area
- Stipends to cover travel costs when specialty endo surgeons aren't available locally
- Support for women navigating the financial burden of a disease that already costs them years of their life
- Community-nominated recipients — the endo community decides who needs it most
The fund is currently being established. Details on how to apply and nominate recipients will be announced on the blog and social channels. Every purchase from day one contributes to the growing fund.
Why Black and Brown Women Can't Wait.
The endometriosis access gap isn't accidental. It's the product of decades of racial bias in medicine, undertreated pain, and a healthcare system that has never prioritized the bodies of Black and Brown women. The numbers tell the story.
The racial gap in endo care is documented — and it's deadly.
Research consistently shows that Black women are undertreated for pain, less likely to receive an endometriosis diagnosis despite similar or higher prevalence, and more likely to be dismissed when they report symptoms. Medical gaslighting isn't a buzzword — it's a clinical pattern with life-altering consequences.
When excision surgery — the only treatment with lasting results — costs thousands of dollars and requires a specialist who may be hundreds of miles away, access becomes a privilege. Endo Diatribes exists to challenge that.
